Advisory Council
To further strengthen governance and support the Board of Directors, ALIWA has an Advisory Council consisting of 7 members, including the Founder Ken Ofori-Atta, a seasoned investment banker and current Finance Minister of Ghana, and six (6) others which are made up of three (3) members each from Ghana and Nigeria.

The Secretariat
The organisation’s operations are overseen by the Executive Director, supported by a Senior Program Manager in Ghana and a Program Manager in Nigeria, respectively.
