Amina Oyagbola Continues To Champion Values-Driven Women Leaders Through WISCAR

ALIWA Class II (Totum Bonum) Fellow and WISCAR Founder and Chairperson Amina Oyagbola continues to strengthen the pipeline of female leaders in Nigeria, as 71 women graduated from the organisation’s flagship WIN-with-WISCAR Mentoring Program in July. Drawn from sectors including finance, healthcare, law, technology, energy, education and nonprofit development, the graduates completed structured mentoring and leadership development designed to strengthen their professional competence and capacity to lead with purpose.

Speaking at the graduation, Amina challenged the women to lead with integrity, courage, and compassion, using their knowledge, influence, and networks to create opportunities for others and contribute to nation-building. Since its inception, WISCAR has trained more than 1,400 women through its mentoring and leadership programs, demonstrating the potential of sustained mentorship to develop ethical leaders and extend their impact across organisations and communities.
