Through the Springboard Road Show Foundation, ALIWA Fellows Albert (Class II – Totum Bonum) and Comfort Ocran (Class IV – Muje Ghangeria) continue to expand opportunities for emerging entrepreneurs in Ghana. In H1, the Foundation partnered with Enterprise Group PLC to deliver the Enterprise Spotlight Challenge, a nationwide initiative designed to discover, fund, and elevate promising business leaders.
The challenge attracted 468 applications from across the country, with finalists receiving funding, mentorship, and national exposure to scale their ventures. Beyond supporting individual businesses, the initiative is helping to create jobs, drive innovation, and strengthen Ghana’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
